2hrs on the MTB in the snow. Great fun, but really hard going. The roads were tough as hell to ride on and the front wheel kept sliding away that demanded a quick recovery. Offroad it was like plugging through clean mud, that washed the bike instead of crapped on it. Lovely ride down passed the bird reserve along the M1 and up through the sandy woods up the byway to the 507, then over the hill to Brog. The return I did the Ridgemont route. Not far but it felt a lot further than it was.
